I just walked out of David Doderer office, it's a much larger office he said they had to move because of growth.
I asked if Sri the new CEO was in , he said no he was very busy with regulatory paperwork.
I asked how close were those 35 outstanding NDA'S, he said QTMM kind of put those on the back burner. He added why, they are working now with a couple of third parties and that needs there attention now.
He added that the focus is film.
As we were walking down the long hallway he would stop and point to a door and say we're testing in there the door had do not inter with radiation signs on it, we stopped at 2 doors.
I did say he remembered me and the cookies, he didn't have much time.
I reminded him that I have been invested in his company now for several years then I said we all have. He asked all?
I said yes , I know many who hold large positions of your company years now, he asked who ? Well for starters me friends in Tennessee, Florida my sister coworkers and many others. He said let's try and get some together and he will try and do a site tour.
Last thing I asked was all us investors who stood behind your company all these years if you would give those/us consideration in not doing a RS before any contracts and if a RS is to happen please consider reducing the authorised shares, he said Sri was making decisions while keeping shareholders in mind, he said they were just as important as the QTMM staff who are also share holders.
Last thing he said was, I was welcome to email him with any concerns and he would see that Sri received it.
He added that the had to add another level of security.
