Jamis I fully understand and it is a very valid point. Pointing this out and contacting Clay is a great first step. They may or may not modify this and fully understanding the details for the Final 14a is still in question. We're still 3 Months away from the Final and lots can happen between now and then. I for one will more than likely go along with what the company presents in the Final 14a and still believe that no-one is trying to get-over on investors, this is quite a unique company getting prepared for what I believe will still be a very bright future.
