Great points DW and thanks for pointing that out!

I was frustrated this past week as I had travelled to Reno NV for some training with my job. While there I stopped in to the local Best Buy and of course as we all do try to gather information as to just what their sales people know of UltraFlix. Long story short there’s always one TV 4K expert in the store of which I happened to be talking to the right guy. When I asked who, they promote as the “ go to” content provider when trying to sell 4K TV’s to customers his response was Sony’s Ultra. I was not totally caught by surprise but somewhat of course disappointed! My mention of UltraFlix lead to his comments that yes he was fully aware of UltraFlix “last year” but found the user interface not nearly as user friendly as Sony’s Ultra. I have not used Ultra but neither agreed or disagreed with his comments about UltraFlix. He was impressed though that no doubt UltraFlix has the largest library in the world and he did mention the best movie content around. Needless to say, we have to fight for every customer and how easily I see the missed opportunities that can be missed especially when someone with that impressionable position can have such an influence on that point of sale and where that customer goes in search for Ultra High Definition content. Before I left I updated him on the upcoming additional content and the massive HDR transformation UltraFlix will be taking any day now. That made a huge influence on his future promotion of where to go for content of which I assume will apply to his future conversations with customers making that 4K TV point of sale.
The bottom line is we are in a battle and we each have the ability to promote as much as we can the branding of UltraFlix especially now during this holiday season. I took the opportunity on my last email with David Foley before is email was shut off this past Friday and shared this Reno visit with him and gave him the “boots on the ground” report as to examples of what’s going on out in the real world right now. He replied he will be back with much conversation when his computer access is up.
I am as eager as anyone to see NTEK get their name out there and we are no doubt very close to that IMO as a much bigger entity in this arena. Foley is and has been fully aware during his departure of the future timing of our product as with NTEK is to I truly believe. I agree with David that 80% of the market is untapped and WE HAVE NOT MISSED THE BOAT PEOPLE. NTEK IS ON THE VERGE! It's tweaking time on product performance and upgrades to servers and multi-platform types have all but been put in place with the exception of a few off-brand names. I’ll say it again and again…..PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE we are in the right place at the right time. The future could not be any brighter, hang with me on this!
