Thing-is that, without a very strong basis (confirmed contracts etc) for folks to perceive a R/S as being anything other than a shell game to boost the pps on the backs of average investors , followed by the stock tanking , they'll have to make a very strong case beforehand. Negative perception & prior experiences with R/S's rule...investors (market-wide) don't take kindly to R/S's & don't hesitate to show it.
