I think we need more clarity.
Think about this from a psychological pov.
If a person only has a few bills in his pocket; that's all they can spend.
If a person has a fat wallet w/lots of bills; they tend to spend more.
If a person has access to a credit card or ATM; they tend to spend more than they have.
In a way, we are the ATM.
Given the percentage of control management has, bd members, (from both bds) may have as much. We currently have a voice.
The proposal is to give us a haircut and increase the number of shares.....what happens to your voice and $$?
How long do you think it would take for management to reassert their positions w/warrants and options?.....regardless your voice
would be diluted.
I lean towards a smaller increase of AS w/o the need for a RS.
How about this for an exercise: We know the demand is increasing and may well consume more than the output of 1 microreactor.
So fig 2,000 Kg @ $40/gm and a PE of 20; then figure how much it would take to get us to where we could uplist.
Play around w/the numbers, but keep in mind; human nature, fat wallets, and it's also your money you're playing with.
