Were sales announced, I'd prefer to see a share buyback program off of revenues.....(rem N-co had a PE of 120+ at one point in time).
I can see where some would say more shares are needed for warrants and etc, but at some point we need to be self-funding.
Bonuses, should be based on revenues at this point in time imo.
I am not currently in favor of any R/S, (especially when AS goes up significantly. thereby reducing sh % of ownership)
I imagine QMC is covering contingencies in case of, (and must be close); but they'll still have to show something to get support.
......actually, I'm wondering why more AS is desired?? QMC seems to have access to funding going forward so why extra shares, except for bonuses?
Even w/a price of $50/gram it would seem current capacity would produce enough to meet Nasdaq requirements if a PE of 20 were applied.
If QMC is doing well, OS shares are available on the mkt. Mayhap the strategy is similiar to my sister's wrt her husband: if she wants something she knows he wants no part of she'll offer up 2 choices w/one being much more expensive and the desired one being the least.
Regardless, I'll continue to watch and wait to see what else is evolving wrt QMC.
