SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 02, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Valero Energy Partners LP (NYSE: VLP ) (the “Partnership”) today announced that it has priced a public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.375% senior notes due 2026. The offering is expected to close on December 9, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general partnership purposes, which may include, among other things, paying or refinancing all or a portion of its indebtedness outstanding under its senior unsecured revolving credit facility and funding working capital, capital expenditures or acquisitions.
