Yes, but only because it's not possible for PTOI to put out news of actual positive results. My main thesis since I ran across PTOI in 2010 is that scrap plastic prices render pyrolysis of plastic worthless no matter who does it...and that's why plastic-to-fuel start ups invariably fail.
If PTOI provided any credible evidence that they found any material which, after being processed, becomes a new material of a higher value, I would be utterly forced to relent along with every other skeptic out there.
I do think PTOI will eventually sell a processor to someone at a net price below scrap value and re-energize shareholders by PR'ing it as a sale of a processor to be put into use. The 'customer' can then immediately decide to scrap it and net a profit. That's a win for everyone except the once-again deceived shareholders and matches PTOI's MO. As long as shareholders keep the faith, Mr. Heddle can string them along forever. I half expect that this post made a light bulb turn on in Mr. Heddle's head.
