You know a group that I've been a part of for a couple of years, full of well-seasoned incredibly knowledgable investors who would never buy a single share of this company like TECO. They have been reminding me that TECO's financials to this point are scary to say the least.  That's why I hesitate to dig deeper into my cash to buy more shares as I'm in much farther than I ever expected to be.  When this thing turns around I will be kicking myself for not doubling down, but it's all good, as I should (praying here) see a nice bit of green soon.  It sure sounds like we are very near the bottom if not already at it, and all the information that I've seen / heard the beginning of 2013 and the rest of 2013 will be very good for TECO and shareholders alike.

I applaud those of you who still have some funds available to buy at these levels.  I'll be cheering from the sidelines.
