This U-Tube video is about Shandong Weituo Group, Co., Ltd. (SWT???)
This video does mention at 4:07 that they have signed "long term corporate agreement with America".
At 5:31 the new industrial park referred to as being in construction is probably where the Coates gen sets will be manufactured. There is reference to this in the video media section of the Coates web site. Why would China shut down a productive facility to change the product produced. They would not. Thus the need for a new production facility.
We are left to guess "What next", and "when"?
