Yes I so agree....... DF has surrounded himself not only with tech savvy guys but savvy financial guys knowing how to work the system. I guess you can call him our Donald Trump.
From what I heard from other's that he likes to have control and thinks things out with a plan covering his back.
This is what I was trying to explain to Zadie yesterday regarding our conversation on Sirius.
Sirius's backs was up against the wall. In 2008 with the stock market collapse and unable to refinance, O/S 3.5 billion...... Sirius was screwed.
At the last SHM, like they said,they already had 3 deals or offers to partner or buyout. But DF said no deal, even knowing he needed financing. He knew what he had and wasn't giving anything away until the time is right. His back wasn't up against the wall and had a plan in place. This is when the dilution started.
Yes NTEK has a core of smart investors like ourselves thats has done our DD and believed in the Technology.
As quiet as they were the past year and half, we saw progress unfold. As they were diluting during this time, they kept us excited with progress as we kept investing more.
Did it suck getting up to 2 billion shares.. YES... did it suck having a R/S......YES...
Does the pps suck where it is .... YES.
But saying all that, do you think if they kept us posted with updates and letting us know they will continue to dilute... would you continue to invest more money. I know I probably wouldn't if it wasn't for the progress we all been seeing despite them being quiet.
Yes DF has bought back shares in the past. Not saying he will going forward.
DF has a plan and it's not only in Technology but a Financial plan as well.
His back is not up against the wall !!! He's not giving anything away until the time is right !!!!
Many NTEK insiders are holding mass loads of shares....
He will not disappoint them or us as well !!!
