We will have no dilution for 20 days after letter is sent to all shareholders. That process will take a while. Will keep an eye on my mail to start the countdown. Whole process can drag to 1-2 months.
We also do not know whats left in debt.
We certainly cleaned up a good chunk of debt.
The AS increased does not mean automatically that the debt holders left go at it again immediately after AS increase.
Filings at EOM will show clarity on remaining debt and timing of it.
With enough buying power now we can easily break .01
We will run without dilution this time.
