Listing prospectus for Cramo Plc's EUR 150 million bond approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority

On 23 November 2016, Cramo Plc announced the issue of a EUR 150 million unsecured bond. The bond matures on 28 February 2022 and carries a fixed annual interest rate of 2.375 per cent.
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the prospectus prepared for the listing of the bond. The listing prospectus will be made available in English as from 2 December 2016 on Cramo’s website at www.cramogroup.com/en/category/investors/.
Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd is expected to admit the bond to public trading on or about 5 December 2016.
Nordea Bank Finland Plc and OP Corporate Bank plc act as Joint Lead Managers for the issue of the bond.
Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd acts as sole legal counsel in relation to the issue of the bond.
