I'm certainly not qualified to speak to any of this. DUTV & PTEL have an agreement and is it complete , I don't know how you anyone could confirm that unless one of those companies file something.
PTEL & ENTI have they concluded a rescission agreement, those two companies trying to partner up maybe thinking of a Reverse Split , but I don't know just shooting blindly from my broken hip. Again unless someone files we won't know anything, Or unless there has been some big moves and changes in there activity log/yours that suggest something partnerships getting ready to merge in that bluebull Nasdaq ready company.
I'm really not qualified. The 167 million shares for TORQ handshake your right I don't think Mr.McHenry has put the value on it yet. I follow this.
Christmas & New years around the corner for sure, I couldn't suggest or offer why I think this might have an impact on the above agreements, maybe there's a business 30 days and the original agreements expire.
The 15%capital gains tax I don't follow, but, if DUTV shows up merged with those other companies and as a very small share holder/is not left out of any company merger deals then my capital gains will be at 17% declared as income. Dang sorry this post is so wordy.
Hope your activity log maintains activity because it's the only activity on DUTV'S behalf, and exciting 2.
