Samsung bought out QD Vision for 75M last week for a company still using a non automated (beaker) Cadmium Dot Manufacturer (QDV could not make a Marketable QD without Cadmium).
Current Market cap on QTMM is after today 40M. We also believe that Samsung is Making Cadmium Free QD's in house and do not have the capability to Mass Produce.

They have Fixed Chemistry for Cad Free, (HUGE) They have been hiring Scientists to get the correct formula for Cad Free Uniglobe Kisco Japan giving confirmation that these dots meets or exceeds strict standards is 3rd Party valuation. Yes, they are also working with Nitto Denko in Japan who supply Samsung Apple and others Film for Displays, Monitors and other devices.
Commercial Quantities for early 2017. REVENUE (Quantum Materials is the only QD Manufacturer who is capable of Continuous Flow Mass Production) and can easily ramp up with more Reactors. That is already in place with their IP.

One Final Note: the RoHS for the EU and China require Cadmium Free in Displays going forward. This had a lot to do with the delay in 2016 to get the Cadmium Free Dot up to standards due to this Government requirement.
