I don't want to hear the stock is at 1.3 cents. The last trade for me was 2m at 1.59 cents.

I am a buyer at current levels.

Should TECO get lower, to the 1.5 cent area we should become aggressive.

Anything  below 1.5 cents, Very aggressive.

1.1  cents or below.... Unleash the BULL.
