Below I've copied my Wave 3 CTIX targets I calculated last Friday.
Thanks TOB, would you think $2 is a potential by end of December without big news? I believe it's realistic... BigJeff
A couple of assumptions here. That the low is in, and that there won't be much sideways action and battle around $1.50. That may be premature, but this coiling on above average volume looks stronger than expected after such a strong Wave 2. This leads me to favour a Wave 3, rather than a pull-back consolidation period.
There would be some catalyst, but not necessarily "big news". Just the building momentum with new investors cash flowing in which looks to be the case, a decent write-up, such as Cox, a decent PR. Or some combination.
For a limiting fact, often you need T-100. That is 100% (more or less) of the time required of the last move which was 15 trading days, including a bit of sideways. So as 10 days remain and 4 have past, it's about equivalent. The other factor is the chart went parabolic the last 7 days of the Wave 2, so if that continues, then the time is alright.
So here were the projections below, but of course, anything can happen:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wave 3 CTIX targets
Assuming $1.36 holds as the low and Wave 3 behaves like Wave 2
Target#1: $2.00
Target #2: $2.20
Target #3: $2.30
Note that Wave 2 hit target #3 (Within a penny is a hit)
Should Wave 3 be a bit weaker, or not.
Interim targets are
A: $1.60
B: $1.74
But CTIX is in a parabolic rally so I called the stronger targets 1,2 & 3 which were all hit for Wave 2 and make the same call for Wave 3
Note that my Wave numbering is my own, targets rounded, and starting from the pullback, so rally continuation waves.
We need to break above Key Resistance at $1.50. It is promising we already touched it today, and already have above average volume at 11:19am CST (edit: Last Friday, Monday was even stronger closing at the tip at $1.50)
