The general opinion is that NTEK is waiting for D Foley's return, and that D Foley is holding us back and is being personally greedy.
I disagree.
The players surrounding NTEK, in my opinion, accept that NTEK has the secret sauce, that NTEK is not for sale until D Foley says it is for sale, that D Foley isn't even close to wanting to sell, that D Foley & company still have a lot to offer the future of 4K, UHD, WCG, Live, 360VR and lets not forget Microsoft HoloLens which is AR and thought to be a much larger market, and that the only way to obtain what D Foley & Co have to offer is to work with them.
How else to you obtain the benefit of creative genius?
That J Foley has managed to bring NTEK along its process without losing ownership, and without losing its core momentum. Stop beating him up. He isn't D Foley but he has been a serious caretaker.
The players surrounding NTEK accept that D Foley will make the big decisions and is the brains and the leader of our venture.
I think that they also accept that no more decisions will be made from jail and D Foley will not invite them to jail to pursue negotiations. That weakness is about to go away.
It is time for big decisions and they will be made in an office, across a conference table. The Players surrounding NTEK are at a point where they will disagree to make a final agreement with NTEK without D Foley, and D Foley will not do that without his dignity and without a method of restoring his stature.
In fact, it is highly important to NTEK that D Foley go forward with as repaired a stature as possible.
What J Foley and Company have achieved is Proof of Concept, and Critical Infrastructure Buildout in the early stage of 4K when we all had breathing room and no real reason to spend crazy money on marketing. I give them credit for their accomplishments, and I appreciate our companies independence. Thanks Jeff and Company.
I and we all believe that there has been a lot happening in the background regarding our Critical Infrastructure Buildout that we do not know about yet; but I believe that we have enough in place to meet demand requirements. I also believe (with news about 4K TV's flying off the shelves), that it is time.
Fuja - is the date December 16 or 17?
