You have a lot of time.
Actual uplisting for a non-reporting Pink Sheet company is not a quick process, and for a company like GDSM it is not easy, either. First they have to get audited financial statements , which depending on the form they file, may require audited information since inception or since they entered the exploration stage. That may require more than the usual 2 years. Then they have to prepare and file the SEC registration , and go through the SEC review process. That can be 6-12 months from the date they first file the document with the SEC. Assuming they even file. GDSM is a former registrant that filed a Form 15 to deregister. I have NEVER seen a domestic Form 15 filer ever successfully re-register with the SEC. Not once.
I am highly skeptical they will even file a registration statement with the SEC, much less successfully complete the SEC review process.
