Dear Jeff,
My name is XXXX XXXXXXX and I am a long-term shareholder. I have in the past talked to David on the phone several times and have actually been to the office in San Jose to meet staff and to check out the Nuvola in its infancy. Ask Jim Ross, I left behind smoked salmon I brought down from Alaska. I will be in San Jose again on 12/23 would it do me any good to stop by and have a face to face? I have sat silently in the dark for a long time with the understanding I believe you want what I want, NTEK’s success, but like many others I have grown very impatient due to the lack of information and misinformation reported or not from the company. It appears another holiday/T.V. marketing season is upon us and there is no discernable marketing program, nor significant recognition from the manufacturers, and no response from your tech team when trying to trouble shoot the downloading of the UF app. Recent financial documents declare NTEK “ a going concern,” is it for the rank and file shareholders? Has new management, indeed be hired, are there new content contract negotiations taking place, is Paramount still in play, and how about a real timeline on the audits? These and so many more questions to be asked and hopefully answered. I and many more await your positive response.
