WAUWATOSA, Wis., Nov. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Although Limitless Enterprise Inc just opened its doors for business November 21, 2016, President and CEO Casity McIntyre is extremely focused on what’s to come in a very short period of time. Growing quickly with new clients, and expansion in to new retail locations is at the forefront of her game plan.  So what exactly is Limitless Enterprise? Limitless Enterprise Inc. is an in-store marketing company that provides new client acquisition services for a wide range of consumer electronics, home entertainment and communications clients. 

Their clients have a huge presence in some of the world's largest retailers. Because of their success locally, their clients will soon be pushing Limitless to expand nationwide. There’s something that makes Limitless stand out more than anything; the very attractive management opportunity that McIntyre has to offer. In order to be successful at this they developed a management training position to develop their top people into upper level managers. In order for an employee to accomplish this, there are steps that need to take place, and time needs to be devoted. To be successful at this everyone starts entry level in order gain an understanding from the bottom level. After successfully completing the entry-level phase, the management training begins. Plain and simple McIntyre wants to continue to be successful and grow her company, but feels as though this can’t happen unless she’s helping others hit their goals of growth. After all, McIntyre believes it’s difficult to train someone, if the supervisors on staff aren’t competent in what they are teaching. In addition, the manager in training position allows motivated individuals to learn how to maintain relationships with clients, promote products and manage others. McIntyre possesses excellent leadership skills, leads from the front, brings a great amount of management experience to the area, and has goals of making sure her company succeeds.

McIntyre’s journey to management began at Elite Media Communications, located in Wauwatosa, WI in 2015. She started as an entry-level sales rep, but quickly advanced to the management training position. Her ambition, drive and tenacity helped her become a rising star almost immediately from when she was hired. A little after a year, she was promoted to assistant manager. Casity grew up on the Menomonee Indian Reservation and graduated from Preble High School in 2006. Upon graduating she studied for a few semesters at Ramussen College in 2009. In 2013, she earned her Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate through the American Red Cross in Green Bay, Wisconsin. McIntyre has years of professional experience in management in both human resource managerial experience and also previous experience in retail. She loves working with people, is fluent in Spanish and English, punctual, driven, goal orientated, personable, productive, outgoing, adaptable and ambitious. She loves playing sports, and was a former starting point guard on her high school varsity team. Some of her other hobbies include listening to music, reading books, camping, and skiing. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her son and her family.

She believes there’s no limit to individuals’ future with her company as long as they push themselves to be great. This is why she named the company Limitless Enterprise Inc.
