Informatica Positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s 2016 Magic Quadrant for Data Quality Tools

Redwood City, Calif., Nov. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Informatica^® , the world’s No. 1 provider of data management solutions , today announced that Gartner, Inc., a leading IT research and advisory firm, has positioned Informatica as a leader in its 2016 Magic Quadrant for Data Quality Tools report. Informatica has been positioned as a leader based on its ability to execute and completeness of vision.

Celebrating its tenth consecutive year as a leader, Informatica was positioned the highest and furthest to the right on the axes for ability to execute and completeness of vision in the 2016 report.

Gartner research directors Saul Judah, Mei Yang Selvage and Ankush Jain observed, “CIOs, chief data officers (CDOs), and data and analytics leaders are held to account for information that supports a landscape of changing business processes.
