$SHOM is continuing to strengthen its capabilities in the Healthcare Industry and has acquired the Taiwan-based company, CES Technology Ltd.
CES provides a range of solutions within the Healthcare Industry. CES has developed successful marketing and distribution channels. The company's network in Asia includes Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea and Malaysia. SHOM plans to use these networks to expand sales into new markets. Along with the CES Technology transaction, SHOM has partnered with KC Global Inc., a research and development company based in Nevada. KC Global Inc. will assist SHOM with the development of healthcare related products that the companies plan to sell and distribute in the US and Asian markets.
"We are excited to announce this acquisition and partnership as it represents a more focused approach within the Healthcare industry for SHOM. We are excited about the opportunities ahead as SHOM increases its reach into the global Healthcare markets. We have a lot of moving pieces to account for in this type of transaction, and it has taken some time to complete. In the end, this creates value for the company and shareholders," stated Interim CEO Miguel Dotres.
