Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August 2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 51,000 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 21-11-2016 until 25-11-2016.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has bought back 1,932,357 shares for a total amount of EUR 61,900,243. This corresponds to 0.89% of the total shares outstanding.
