Last time I saw such a small amount of shares trad

Last time I saw such a small amount of shares traded premarket with such a considerable drop in SP a form 4 came out that day. 100 shares traded has us down 14.29%. I'm assuming the deep discount price for the convertibles explains why we are down big on only 100 shares.
