$SRSP The role of the interim CEO will guide and prepare the Sport Supplement Group for a planned merger with the introduction of a new corporate management team. We will operate the company during completion of legal agreements. Legal council is in the process of preparing documents to bring the company up to date with it's corporate filings and with Nevada SOS. Upon completion there is a planned S1 filing to raise capital for the new business entity.
