I believe Bill had made tremendous strides in his abilities through presentations of potential customers, Projen is an excellent example of that. I think Bill, though not publicized, realized rather quickly that though, he, in fact, could generate the commercial interest in TPAC Products, the Firm was lacking the capital and to some degree, the capacity to fulfill the interest that was publicized.
Now enter IR / BDG / FR to initially evaluate TPAC overall and intent of direction, as well as make a series of immediate suggestions to get the firm back on track. The actual assessment of these "outside" teams was not 90 days as most believed, but in fact, 90 days just to evaluate and make recommendations. The evaluation teams made suggestions to Bill and the BoD and some were agreed upon with immediate implementation. The most crucial need was for immediate revenue in any manner that TPAC had a capability in. MRVB was an instrument that the new team was familiar with and was put on a trial basis for TPAC's review for approximately a 3 month period of evaluation before it was agreed to be utilized in-house as a component of revenue generation. It was soon realized by the team that TPAC had the ability to generate further revenue quickly operating as an "Assurance Entity" for Exports to China, EIA's. Though TPAC had not entered this aspect of business prior, the team realized quickly that TPAC had a distinct advantage in this field due to Bill's years of contacts and friendships he created in China, (TPAC is not an Exporter, but is an important aspect to them as an Assurance Agent and collects a percentage of the Exporter's Contract depending on the degree of involvement). The team further recognized the value TPAC holds in procuring the NAVAIR Certification and immediately recommended LA's and SLA's to approved outside firms to become under the umbrella of TPAC without diluting TPAC's core direction, Bearings and Metal Works for Aerospace, Marine, and Mining applications.
Revenue generation takes time without having immediate contracts for core products and very little initial funding it was conservatively suggested that TPAC's "reconstruction period" was to be a 3 year period, (that in no way states the TPAC cannot meet that goal in much less time). As Share Holders, that is not good news and is actually quite upsetting. TPAC could have just shuddered and all would be lost as well as a lot of Share Holder Funding. TPAC is setting up a solid base for a sizable firm in its core to contract literally World Wide, as well as diversifying into EIA's, not to mention MRVB(s) working on the side isolated from its business interests.
With any degree of "news", be it Muse or Tweet's, (which are actually becoming business mainstream and generally gaining ground in acceptance...) or by a PR or NWE, the news always appears to be met immediately with"both sides of the fence". This is usually, (both sides) expressed without any full degree of understanding and equally becomes individual interpretation, which creates emotional reaction....Boards.
With any firm striving for direction and survival at this level, (OTC), we as Share Holders are in fact a very important aspect of the company. However even with some degree of "ownership" within the firm by no means allows Share Holders to feel any degree of "entitlement" or be demanding or requesting anything from the firm, at best mere suggestions.
Maybe this Post will enable the Board to move forward with a little more openness to new Posters as well as viewpoints, (myself included). Please bear in mind that without really trying to express your viewpoint to some degree of depth, (one liner's)....More often than not ,your Post will not be viewed by others as serious nor in "good light". TPAC appears to be rising from the ashes rather well and in good time and will just take further patience to start seeing "the fruits of the labor". Bill appears to be very good at sales and presentations, I can't imagine many firms get private meetings with the likes of Boeing......or as one Board member, ( with serious issues), put it..."The Rice Doesn't Stick to the Wall" with every sales presentation....Just kidding $ MY T.......
All in my own opinion........Mag
