Doesnt matter a whole lot now though. Out of our hands and we are locked in for the ride good or bad. Even though the shares are illiquid at the moment - they still have value. The company is still running. One has to ask themselves - if it really was all over - what value would it be for the insiders/founders to continue shipping product, Bringing in new dealers, launching new flavors, etc...? Why would individual dealers still be ringing on new accounts?
1/4 will be the next big date for shareholders. More than likely Wont resolve the KBM suit but should give us a much better idea of timing. Hopefully there is a lot of back and forth between the suits in the meantime and KBM sees more risk than reward in continuing. Judges dont like have their courtrooms clogged with never ending delays - especially from the plaintiffs
