Thx for the report. I had the same experience about two weeks ago. But at least one salesman knew about UF and saying his nephew is using it. But he was advertising NETLIX saying it was free. Yeah u figure that. I said nothing is free and UF is much better than NFlix in terms of quality and speed. That is why I have turned my attention against mgt. no excuse or word that can describe this situation. Now we are waiting for our savers release to come and rescue us. I called that BS. Even he is release our problem is not technical issue. It is revenue as well as awareness or should I say lack of marketing.
