According to TMZ, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban - an outspoken Hillary Clinton supporter during the campaign - sat down with Steve Bannon Tuesday in New York City.
The two, according to the report, have had business dealings in the past, but it wasn't clear exactly why they were talking at the King Cole Bar in the St. Regis Hotel.
Cuban reportedly declined to comment on what was discussed.
Trump has been criticized for his association with Bannon, who previously ran Breitbart News and declared it to be an "alt-right" platform.
In an interview this week, former Democratic National Committee chair Howard Dean called Bannon "a Nazi." Bannon was tapped by Trump to be White House Chief Strategist and Senior Counselor.
