Cramo issues EUR 150 million bond

Cramo Plc issues a senior unsecured bond of EUR 150 million. The bond matures on 28 February 2022, it carries a fixed annual interest at the rate of 2.375 percent and has an issue price of 99.948 percent.
Application will be made for listing of the bond on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The proceeds from the bond offering will be used to refinance some of Cramo’s existing indebtedness, including the partial redemption of the bond maturing in 2018, and for general corporate purposes.
Nordea Bank Finland Plc and OP Corporate Bank plc act as Joint Lead Managers for the issue of the bond.
Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd acts as sole legal counsel in relation to the issue of the bond.
