They only tell you all half the story here, great post from 4on4off over there and re posting here for all to read and DD also to get the whole truth here, Jerry takes the steps necessary we are all good, I trust and believe he will do exactly that.

Blaming shareholders? Who the hell is blaming shareholders? Shareholders don't run companies, CEO's do.
As far as these make believe fairytale contractors that XNRG supposedly hired, who cares? Even if they were hired I have never seen any sign or statement from any contractors.
The fact is XNRG has been revoked and they filed an 8k related to an agreement with the SEC:
