Haahaaa! Me too! Then my wife tossed it in a pile of junk mail and delayed it even more! lol Oh well, the notice is a mere formality, and any shareholders likely to attend would also be likely to notice a press release posted a month in advance that includes all of the details. Hell, they even worked with local lodging to offer discounts to shareholders from out of town, and offered to feed Texas BBQ to the first 250 to register.
They're genuinely impressed with the unusual degree of shareholder interest in a start up company like this. I think it's clearly because most who invested early with the intent to hold long term saw the potential right away, especially after they secured the trademark, and are really excited about the growth potential for a brand like this one in this particular market niche. It could pay off bigger than any of us ever imagined possible.
