Just like 3Q 2014 - everyone waiting for someone else to make the first move then suddenly they will find themselves having to pay .001 more if they want to get in when they are not first to spot the OTC Current news in a day or so.
The difference in buy price down here is negligible even on a run to .0040 let alone .01+.
I guess most people not around today due to the holiday.
