Havila Shipping ASA: BONDHOLDERS' MEETING 23 NOVEM

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 9 November 2016, and summons to bondholders' meetings and term sheet appurtenant thereto of even date.
The restructuring proposal as set out in the summons dated 9 November 2016 did not obtain the required support in the Havi 08 bondholders' meeting as of today.
The Issuer continues maintaining a close dialogue with the banks and the secured and unsecured bondholders, with the intention to be able to submit a revised proposal within short.
The Issuer continues its business, including continuous and safe operation of the vessels towards all customers - including payment of trade creditors.
