Yep. We're replacing a 3 dimensional chess player with a checker player who can't restrain his infantile impulses much less foresee consequences.
I wonder if his staff and cabinet will have a drinking game with the phrases "no, we can't do THAT". "We can't legally do that either."

Too drunk to do business by 10:00 a.m., and that's with a 9:00 a.m. start!
