Again, notice how he even says "public" so yes we have our shares, in private company, now Jerry stays in business and take the steps to get back to OTC or better
Knowing Jerry he wants to be a public trading company and oh btw, he does have that 3a10 that pays him not to mention back pay etc etc , so to his benefit that he get this back also, lots of money left on table for him also, which is good thing IMO
