IMO I think negatives snowballed and snowballed, deep and deeper in quicksand with no way out, bills piling up, filings both in sec and state falling more and more behind, no money coming in so gets deeper and deeper
As long as XNRG is in business, shares are intact only for now, in the private XNRG company, Jerry assured me in conversation the first day all this came out that in NO WAY was he closing shop, XNRG is and will remain in business
No and knowing Jerry he would never personally guarantee anything, hence the disclosures over and over on everything, 'no guarantee" etc etc
What the 8k says and what I DD on the SEC website, were the same for the pathway back to trading again, I see the pathway like pundits did not see the pathway for Trump but guess who won?
2 choices BB and one of them is not to be mad at the positive shareholders that like to see things EVEN when not looking good, DD chit, call on chit, find out chit, to determine the good and/or bad in anything
I believe the "blessing in disguise" and see it clearly as seeing the back of my hand, MIRACLE and the ONLY way out of what was a mess with XNRG, back filings, both state and sec and that SS, OMG , thank you Jesus for the RS we will get now , without all this happening, NO WAY we get a RS and probably the reason Jerry never tried, well at least as long as I been here, actually that would be the thing I would be pissed now about, I was told in my alert to this ticker that there would be a RS or I would have not gotten in with the SS like it was, so, RS this bioooooooatch ASAP, WITH deals etc of course
