TY and yes, I believe we already knew this was coming right per the 8k and by the links I provided that SEC recommends that companies not fight it but allow it without appeal then take the necessary steps in order to get back trading.
99% of US knew this was coming and "blessing in disguise" IMO, many other shareholders but NOBODY more happy by this by my communication the our CEO, you see it basically allows Jerry and XNRG to "start over" , guess what? NO BACK FILINGS, "cost a chitload of money let alone headaches" NO BACK STATE FILINGS "lots of money", go through the process the SEC so generously gave to comply with their 'steps that need to be taken to get back in good graces" posted on their website.
Sort of a reorganization plan in a BK except WE are not bankrupt
WE all 2 choices right?
Sell for buck and forever put this behind us and move on in life
OR
Believe in the 8k and plan Jerry gave the SEC in it to regain register in or around May 2017
