I would recommend using AVAST! Anti-Virus. http://www.avast.com/en-us/free-antivirus-download It is free and works with malware, viruses, and rookkits. It also includes a sandbox program. This allows you run a program in a virtual sandbox so that any actions it takes are removed after the program closes. It also allows for a boot-time scan, which allow the system to be reviewed before the affected programs are running. It also has web shields, which will check for malicious javacript attempting to run on your system.
IHub - I have looked previously and didn't see anything more malicious than the normal adversing tracking that you see on most sites. Nothing that would cause the mouse to spaz out.
In the past when I have seen spastic mice before, it has normally been one or two things for me. 1. Wireless mouse where batteries are dying or bad signal, or 2. Optical mouse where the surface was a shiny and highly reflective (Polished desk). My cursor would jerk around the screen like someone had just moved it. When I used the mouse on actual pad the behavior stopped.
Hope this helps,
