Board, Being a jackass on here, throwing fits,
Post# of 22940
Being a jackass on here, throwing fits, telling people to sell, pumping the stock, bashing the stock, repeating the same old complaints, etc - is not going to convince the company to speed up the share buyback process. The buybacks will begin when the FR believes the company is well ready. If the FR had begun buying back shares in October, with $130k worth of funds - that would have retired how many shares? Instead it is now approaching December, and the balance of PRIME to my best guess is bordering around $1 million. So tell me, would you have rather the company retired maybe 100 million shares at best, and bring the pps to .0009-.0013 - or would you have rather been patient and allowed for the company to retire a billion or so shares and allowed for the pps to hit .0010-.0060? I'm just throwing out numbers & hypothetical scenarios here, so don't take anything as factual here.
I'm sure Bill understands the frustrations posted here on the board. I'm sure he does not like seeing his company's stock price in the gutter at triple-zero six / .0006. Bill managed a company, Sunbase Asia, and brought the share price from $.25 to over $14.00 per share. Again do you think it was Bill's masterplan to create his own publicly traded aerospace company and drop the PPS to trips?
Fact is, the reason why we are here - is because the company needed to raise funds via share offerings to grow. It's not because of the mysterious 'German shorts'. It's not because of the 'lie hub manipulators'. We the common shareholder allow for the company to finance operations through the price of the common share. The higher the stock price, the more favorable the financing terms are to the company & shareholder.
I don't know what your situation is & I don't really care what you do or don't do with your shares. If you refinanced your house, invested next years tuition money, took out a loan, sold a kidney, etc - you invested because you believed this company would provide a return on your investment. The only way that is going to happen, is to allow time for the company to produce enough profit to be able to improve its value. The reconstruction process ended some months ago, transforming the company from a 'manufacturer of NAVAIR certified bearings' to a 'license issuer' of NAVAIR certified bearings, rods, bushings, and other misc aerospace components to manufacturers. This was a costly transition, but has allowed for greater flexibility & profit. EIA & the MRVB have begun to prove their worth to the company & shareholders by producing significant revenue. It is truly entertaining to see the updates on those two entities.
Patience is truly a virtue, and will either make a lot of shareholders here very wealthy or very poor. That is the unknown with these OTC stocks. Lets all try to at least be cordial here on the board throughout this process as we venture into the unknown and not attack one another. This was once a board of thought provoking conversation & excellent DD, and I'm starting to see less and less of that every week.
imho
