Looking at the chart going back several years, and correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think the pps has ever gotten as low as .0003. If it has, there's no one, or almost no one, left who bought at .0001/.0002 from whom to buy shares, certainly not as many as are being shown. This is probably some kind of place holder.
