Certification has been done 75% or 78% I can't remember wich of those numbers. As it is proven GTRQ is not a failed project but in full activity and transformation. It is expected that on its return as a reporting OTC the very first news will be certification 100% completed. Shares will fly to the stratosphere and you will be the first witness to that, I do not doubt it.
