I have been also monitoring the activity/progress about the trademarks that James Robinson has been doing. What puzzles me is why the trademarks is registered under James Robinson instead of the actual company of Creative Edge Nutrition?

If for whatever reason James Robinson were to leave the company, he leaves with also all the rights of the trademarks he registered under his name which would possible mean including the Giddy Up Energy product.

Outside from speculation, is there anyone that has any information/research on this board they can provide for current or potential investors out there that can explain if a situation such as James Robinson leaving the company with all the trade marks registered for him were to happen in terms of the company still being able to sell the Giddy Up Energy product?
