Loan might not be needed if TPAC Global MRVB can get the extra
income.
No loan=Nothing to repay.
Nice to have the MRVB ATM machines that spit out money.

FR will extend Ex IM Bank LOI's. Believes TPAC can generate additional working capital thru TPAC Global MRVB. Loan may not be needed
