THCB, RGFR & Great Northern Energies all will be merged together in time. I expect a PR either Monday or Tuesday. This is how I see it.
RGFR is trading at $6.50 - $7.00
THCB is trading at about $.10
A 1 for 6 reverse split would put the share value at $.60 so there has to be an adjustment to raise the share price of THCB to the $7.00 mark. To do this news that will justify the gain could easily do it. For example if it were stated the production of oil exceeded 300 barrels a day that would drive revenue and in turn raise the stock price. We are 6 weeks away from the merger so there is plenty of time to get the price up. We have to wait for the PR to guide us but this is my best guess at this time. If I am correct this stock will run big time, at least 10 to 12 times. That would put the stock $1.00 to $1.20, with the reverse split the stock would go to$6.00 to $8.40 although you would then own 1/6the amount of shares you would still be way ahead of the game by 10 to 12 times.
