over time he will have to do something-perhaps within 5 years after he acquired the concession (reported govt investment rules requiring heavier investment after 5 years or lose the concession)
and the illegal political orders to agencies to destroy these pennies will expire jan 20-this includes DTCC-so their due process white papers (under pressure from congress) will have to be honored after jan 20-
