Everyone here needs to calm down. I don't like the dismal state of the pps, but the way things are looking we aren't going to be stuck in triple 0 territory forever.

The 2 billion share bid at .0003 is probably not definite, if anything the company is buying time to build up the portfolio balance of Prime MRVB to allow for stronger and quicker buybacks. We experienced our first early payments with Woodward Global, a positive sign that some EIA contract payments went through.

We still don't know the payment terms of the BTL SLA. When payment initiates, TPAC could receive monthly payments of 1.125 million. Factor in monthly payments from Woodward of $166k, and whatever monthly revenue that is generated from the MRVB and were looking at 1.5-2 million per month in revenues. That's pretty impressive if you ask me.

I understand everyone here including myself was looking forward to seeing .01 this calendar year, but let's be realistic. it's probably not going to happen. that's not to say that we won't see some form of share buyback this year that could take us out of trips for good.

if your stuck deep in the red like me & refuse to sell shares at a loss to tpac then you should probably find some other activity to occupy your time with than to follow this board & company Twitter accounts. it will drive you mad. Im already witnessing it here. give it some time folks, the company has started generating revenues outside of "accounts receivables" for the first time - the company has stated that there will be no rs for 2017 - and there was a 2 billion bid at .0003. I think the company has our interests at heart, but is not in a position at the moment to begin rewarding the common shareholder.

imo
