The financials show they only have $12,500.00 in Cash as of September 30, 2016. The financials state nothing about the private equity raise of $250,000.00. Why is there nothing in the financials re this transaction? Can someone highlight the page on the financials where this is explained?
The answer is quite simple.
Cash on the balance sheet, is just that - - - - CASH
Cash is usually used to fund day to day business operations, NOT acquisitions. As per the previous 2 quarterly filings, Emaji's expenses were extremely low so they don't need much in the way of cash reserves.
As to his point that " The financials state nothing about the private equity raise of $250,000.00. Why is there nothing in the financials re this transaction?
"
That's because the nearly $250,000 in "EQUITY" that EMJI raised for the purpose of completing its anticipated corporate acquisition of Framepool AG, WAS NOT accounted for "on the books" by September 30th.
After all, these events happened within just a couple of days of one another.
Want to know the absolute BEST part of this acquisition?
The private equity funding was ACCRETIVE, as the funding was at a price AT or ABOVE .0002/share and the shares are RESTRICTED.
Want to know another fact?
EMJI has acquired 87% of the outstanding equity of Framepool AG and we're going to consolidate Framepool's financial results commencing with the last quarter of 2016.
Basically EMJI has already hit the ground RUNNING with large amounts of revenues coming in.
EMJI (Broadside Enterprises) is going to be one of the only stocks I've witnessed in recent times, that's already cash flow+ and in bed with countless leaders of film/entertainment.
I don't think many here realize just how HUGE this acquisition is for EMJI (Broadside Enterprises) moving forward.
