What success is the company experiencing ?
"what is most ironic is that what you refer to legit concerns, we consider to be the "shiny things" or "boogeyman" (i.e. dilution, ir's compensation, price targets missed) to divert attention from the success that this company is experiencing.....we just Have more depth and foresight....it appears... "
More importantly - what successes are shareholders having since IR/Muse took over? PPS is significantly down and OS significantly up. How is that success?
IR was very adamant about a $0.01 PPS YE price target and many shareholders significantly increased their holding based on those affirmations. What successes are those shareholders experiencing?
The last PR was the first one and it is a start. However - it provided little meat with respect to guidance or anything concrete. Buying since reflects the lack of confidence.
How is this much different than iLie in the last several months except being the inverse? Here the people bringing up legitimate concerns and criticisms are attacked, ridiculed, and posts are deleted (even as the mod says they are not. I was attacked and had posts deleted for my positive comments over there and the same for my criticism over here. "Fear monger BS" - where is that? Dilution is continuing and the price continues to tank despite all of the potential that has been harped on. How is that fear mongering? I did say there was no point in buying back around 13-14 based on the trading and comments by IR. Was that wrong? Conversely - where was the buying by all those who were so pyched about the prospects? Price doesnt go down when there is more buying then selling.
Now - go back and show me specifically where I said I had 56MM shares. You accused me rather publicly of doing so. Are you going to do so or apologize for being wrong and perpetuating a lie? Or just redirect the conversation when you have been specifically called out for a blatant falsehood?
Further- I still havent seen anything on where IR went over their compensation as another poster claimed.
Until there is real transparency from IR/company on the selling/dilution - it is hard to provide much credence in anything else they are saying. Early investors dealt with the toxic debt dilution monster before. Now we are dealing with insiders with preferred shares converting (or at least that is what is looks like). If this was just normal shareholders selling - the OS wouldnt be shooting up. Now we are once again looking at a R/s or dramatic increase in AS. Since IR casually dismissed the EOY PPS target - why should shareholders believe the promise of no R/s or AS increase? Or is that fear mongering? OS approaching 4.1-4.2 BB and AS is 4.5. Buyback better be starting ASAP or one or the other will be necessary.
